Wonders Never Cease

I’ve been busy dying wool & spinning Moire thread for a friend.  I have to say when I look at the very first wool I spun (yes, I saved it) that was bulky, chunky and so unevenly spun to getting down to the nitty gritty of spinning thread that I am floored at my progress.  I’ve been at spinning less than a year, self taught, still learning and wondering what my next adventure in spinning will be.  Maybe there’s some Art Yarn in the near future, maybe a Penny Rug or Punch Needle?  I think we are all like that, the projects just keep lining up!

  1. Hi Marcia,
You sound just like the early women who taught themselves from necessity, but now it can actually be fun!! So happy your spinning adventures have resulted in some beautiful wool thread!! It has to feel soooo good to have taught yourself!!
Keep on learning and growing!! It is good for the soul!!!
Hope you have a wonderful week!
    Heart Hugs~
